The Adaptability course is part of the UP Skills for Work program which helps you build employability skills. When you have these skills, you have the foundations needed to work well with others—at work, at home, and in your community. That’s part of why employers are looking for people with strong employability skills! The UP Skills for Work program includes nine courses including: Motivation, Attitude, Accountability, Presentation, Teamwork, Time Management, Adaptability, Stress Management and Confidence.

This course is made possible through the generous support of Canada Life, the founding sponsor of UP Skills for Work. To learn more about the program, please visit the UP Skills for Work website.
