Our attitude has a big impact on how we work with other people. With a good attitude, we’re easy to work with and we deal with challenges in a healthy way. With a bad attitude, we can be hard to work with and we might let challenges stop us from succeeding. Sometimes a good attitude takes hard work, but it gets easier with practice.
Here’s what we’ll cover in this course. We’ll:
- Explore what attitude means to us and why it’s important
- Learn about how we show our attitude through our actions, tone, and body language
- Develop tools to help work through challenges to having a good attitude at work
The Attitude course is part of the UP Skills for Work program which helps you build skills for learning, work, and life.
