Having confidence can help us build a successful and full life. It gives us the courage to take on new challenges and step outside our comfort zone. Our self-confidence can change a little from day to day. Building self-confidence is a process.
Here’s what we’ll cover in this course. We’ll:
- Explore what confidence is and what it feels like
- Learn about how low confidence can hold us back at work and in life
- Develop tools to help build our self-confidence over time
