Having confidence can help us build a successful and full life. It gives us the courage to take on new challenges and step outside our comfort zone. Our self-confidence can change a little from day to day. Building self-confidence is a process.
Here’s what we’ll cover in this course. We’ll:
- explore what confidence is and what it feels like
- learn about how low confidence can hold us back at work and in life
- develop tools to help build our self-confidence over time
The Confidence course is part of the UP Skills for Work which helps you build skills for learning, work, and life. When you have these skills, you have the foundation you need to work well with others—at work, at home, and in your community.
